01You know you should be doing more to support menopausal staff. But every time you try to figure out where to start, it feels like a research project. HR is stretched. Leadership has questions you cannot answer. And the problem keeps growing.
02You have a general wellbeing policy somewhere. But it does not mention menopause. It does not tell managers what to do when a team member is struggling. It does not protect you if a grievance is raised.
03You can see the legal requirements changing. You have read the headlines. But translating that into an actual workplace plan, with evidence, training, and documentation, feels like a full-time job on top of the one you already have.
04Your managers want to help. But they do not know what menopause actually does to someone at work. They do not know how to have the conversation. They worry about saying the wrong thing, so they say nothing at all.
05Capable women are leaving. Reducing hours. Going quiet. And nobody connects it to menopause because nobody talks about it. The cost to your organisation is real, but it is invisible on any spreadsheet.
06You care about your people. That is why this matters so much to you. But caring is not the same as knowing what to do. You need a structure, not just a conversation.

...then this is for you.

Here is what changes when you have
the right framework in place:

No menopause policy in place
You have a clear, tailored menopause policy that sets out how your organisation supports affected staff. Managers know what it says. Everyone knows it exists.
Managers avoiding the conversation
Managers complete awareness training and come away with the language, confidence, and practical tools to support someone who is struggling.
Talented women quietly leaving
You give women a reason to stay. When they feel seen and supported, they do not walk out the door. They stay, contribute, and thrive.
No external recognition for your efforts
You earn an official Menopause Friendly Workplace badge and certificate. Display it on your website, use it in recruitment. It tells candidates and stakeholders who you are.
Uncertainty about the legal position
The accreditation process builds documented evidence across five pillars. You know exactly where you stand, and you have the paperwork to prove it.
No time to research and build this yourself
You get templates, training, quarterly check-ins, and expert support built into the programme. You do not start from a blank page. You follow a clear structure.

Why Emma built this

Hi, I am Emma Louise Bennett. I spent 23 years in education and held senior positions in a national charity, a secondary school, and a local government education team. I went through perimenopause with zero support, and it cost me everything I had built. That experience is the reason this programme exists.

Here is everything the accreditation includes:

One

The Five-Pillar Accreditation Framework

Your organisation works through five evidence-based pillars: Policy and Practice, Culture and Conversation, Education and Awareness, Support and Adjustments, and Review and Accountability. You upload evidence as you go, building a real and documented record of the work you have done.

Framework
Two

Ready-Made Policy Templates and Manager Guides

You do not start from a blank page. You get a menopause policy template, a manager communication guide, and a flexible action checklist. Everything is written to be adapted for your organisation. You fill in the gaps. The structure is already there.

Templates
Three

Staff Training and Awareness Sessions

Your whole team gets access to relevant training. Managers learn how menopause actually affects someone at work and how to have a supportive, informed conversation. Staff learn what support is available and how to ask for it. This is where culture starts to change.

Training
Four

Quarterly Check-Ins and Expert Support

You are not doing this alone. Throughout the 12 months you have quarterly check-ins with an ICF-accredited coach and certified menopause specialist. You get answers to questions, help staying on track, and a sounding board when you need one.

Support
Five

Digital Badge, Certificate, and PR Toolkit

When you complete the programme you earn an official Menopause Friendly Workplace badge, a digital and printable certificate, and a PR toolkit to help you communicate your accreditation internally and externally. This is the external recognition that makes the work visible.

Common Questions

How much time does this take from our team?
+
The programme is designed to fit around your existing workload. You do not need a dedicated full-time person. Most organisations find they can work through the pillars gradually, submitting evidence as they go. The quarterly check-ins are short and focused. The heavy lifting, the templates, the training, the structure, is all provided for you.
Does one person have to own the whole accreditation process?
+
You do not need a dedicated lead, though having a named contact helps. The programme is structured so that different parts can be picked up by different people. HR, a manager, a wellbeing lead. The checklist and templates make it easy to delegate without losing track of where you are.
We already have a wellbeing policy. Do we still need this?
+
A general wellbeing policy is a start. But it is rarely specific enough to protect you legally or to actually change the day-to-day experience of someone going through menopause at work. This programme gives you menopause-specific policies, training, and documented evidence across five areas. It also gives you external recognition that a general policy cannot provide.
What does the legal side of this cover?
+
Menopause is increasingly recognised under UK employment law, including through equality and disability frameworks. The accreditation helps you build documented evidence that you are meeting your duty of care. It does not replace legal advice, but it gives you a clear, evidenced record of the steps you have taken to support your staff.
Is this really designed for charities and small organisations?
+
Yes. The accreditation was built specifically for charities, nonprofits, and values-led organisations. The pricing reflects that. The templates are written with smaller teams in mind. You do not need an HR department or a six-figure wellbeing budget. You need a structure and some support. That is exactly what this provides.
How is Emma qualified to run this?
+
Emma Louise Bennett is an ICF-accredited life coach, a certified menopause coach, and a qualified holistic nutritionist. She also spent 23 years in education, including senior leadership roles in a national charity and local government. She went through perimenopause without support and built this programme because she saw what that cost her and what it costs organisations every day.
Why is the founding member price £750?
+
The programme was deliberately priced to be accessible to charities and nonprofits. A menopausal employee leaving costs an organisation far more than £750 in recruitment, retraining, and lost knowledge alone. The founding member rate is also the lowest this will ever be priced. When you join as a founding member, your annual renewal is locked at £350 for life, even as the price increases for future cohorts.
What happens after the 12 months?
+
You renew annually to maintain your accreditation. As a founding member, your renewal rate is locked at £350 per year. Each renewal includes a review, continued access to support, and the opportunity to build on the work you have already done. Accreditation is not a one-off. It is an ongoing commitment to your people.
